Departure Guide

Here are the stages - stages that must be passed by passengers:

Security inspection

To enter the departure terminal, all passengers must go through the Security Checkpoint. Prepare your travel documents as follows:
• Ticket according to departure date
• Identity Card

Reporting (check in)
1. Prepare your travel documents, as follows:

2. Queue at the check-in counter that matches your airline. The check-in counter opens 2 hours before departure time.
3. For flight safety, report your baggage weighing more than 7 kg, and only 1 piece of baggage weighing less than 7 kg is allowed into the aircraft cabin.
4. You can also check in via the self check-in Kiosk-K available in the Check-In area

Scanning / Tapping Boarding Pass
Scan your boarding pass on the tapping machine or hand over your boarding pass to the tapping officer.

Security Check 2
Passengers are required to remove their belts, watches, hats, jackets, keys, coins and empty their pants/shirt pockets.

Departure Hall
After reporting your departure at the reporting desk, you can wait for your departure time in the Departure Hall according to the location listed on your Boarding Pass.

TIPS DEPARTURE

  • If needed, you can use the services of a porter to help carry luggage

  • Check the information screen on the Conveyor Belt to your flight
  • If the lost luggage, you can contact the staff at the airline counter Lost and Found
