Arrival Instructions

  1. Upon arrival at the arrival terminal, follow the “arrival” instructions to baggage claim

  2. For baggage claim, check the information screen on the conveyor belt according to your flight

  3. Airline staff will check according to the baggage claim tag.

  4. If you lose your baggage, you can contact the airline staff at the Lost and Found counter

  5. Trolley facilities are available in the baggage claim area

  6. If necessary, you can use the services of a porter to help carry your luggage, at a rate of IDR 10,000/package

  7. Please remember your porter number and report if anything unexpected happens

Arrival Corridor

This area is intended for the pick-up process after passengers exit the arrival terminal

Pick-up Zone
Provided for pick-up vehicles to pick up passengers and luggage

For those of you who want to use the Taxi facility, please visit the official taxi counter in the Domestic Arrival Area and in the JPO area on Floor 2
