kembali ke listJakarta - I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport Bali won the Main Prime title in the award of Prime Service in Public Service Unit Environmental Transportation in the Year 2016. The award was presented by the Minister of Transportation Budi Karya Sumadi in Jakarta, Monday (19/9).
In addition to I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport Bali, there are nine airports under Angkasa Pura I were winning this award, there were theMain Prime Award for SAMS Sepinggan Airport, Sam Ratulangi Airport in Manado, and Juanda Airport in Surabaya.
While the Middle Prime Award was won by Yogyakarta Adisucipto Airport, Lombok International Airport, Ahmad Yani Airport in Semarang, Solo Adi Soemarmo Airport, and Sultan Hasanuddin Airport in Makassar. While Syamsuddin Noor Airport of Banjarmasin awarded by Primary Prime.
"This award is the second time we have received. Of course we are proud of the trust that has been given to the I Gusti Ngurah RaiAirport, but beyond that, there is a strong message that must be fulfilled that is how we must continue to improve the quality of service to all users airport services, "said Yanus Suprayogi, GM of I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport Bali.
Prime Service in Public Service Unit Environmental Transportation is an activity carried out on a regular basis every two years by the Ministry of Transportation.
The rating of this award was conducted independently by the assessment team headed by Expert of the Communications Minister of Public Service Field and consists of the Vice Ministry of State Administrative Efficiency and Bureaucratic Reform, Ombudsman, academics, transportation analysts, and journalists.
The award recipients were divided into three categories, the category of Main Prime Service (final value> 85-100) 40 units, category Middle Prime (final value> 75 - <85) as many as 54 units and category of Primary Prime (value end 65 - <75 ) as many as 23 units.
Implementation of the assessment carried out in June-August 2016 by nine assessment criteria: the vision, mission and motto of service, service standards, system procedures mechanisms, human resources, infrastructure services, as well as the handling of complaints. While also based on community satisfaction survey, public information service system, and productivity in the achievement of service targets. []
