Ahmad Syaugi Shahab, General Manager of I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, stated that the airport remains committed to maintaining service quality and smooth operational performance.
"With passenger and flight trends showing positive growth, we are continuously striving to improve, enhance, and strengthen our services for all users. One of these efforts is by supporting the government program, namely the implementation of the international passenger arrival reporting system, All Indonesia," said Syaugi.
"Currently, 63 percent of passengers at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport are international travelers. Therefore, in collaboration with Immigration, Customs, and the Quarantine Office, we gradually began implementing the All Indonesia system in August 2025, and since September 1, it has been running at 100 percent," he added.
Through the All Indonesia reporting system, international passengers are only required to submit their arrival data and information through a single application or website. This allows the entire process, from data entry to verification, to become more streamlined, efficient, and time-saving during document checks at the airport.
"We hope that these service improvements will bring added value and deliver a better travel experience for all passengers," Syaugi concluded.
