Mangupura - In the context of preparing the Human Capital road map towards World Class Officer (WCO) in PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero), I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD), Tuesday (27/9). The event was opened by Adi Nugroho the Personnel and General Director in Jepun Meeting Room. Beside the internal management of PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero), the event was attended also by CIQ and several stakeholders in the airport of I Gusti Ngurah Rai. FGD took place for two sessions, on September 27 to 28, 2016. The speakers at this event were: I.B. Ranendra Dangin and Muh Aziz Muslim.
Adi said that, "I hope I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport who ranks third in the world on the service and facilities, but in its human resources are still lagging behind."
In addition to the preparation of a Human Capital road map for the World Class Officer at PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero), the FGD purpose is to analyze indicators of HR competencies needed to achieve World Class Airport Officer and mapped the problem related to the management employees of PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) towards World Class Airport Officer.
"Hopefully in this discussion are made in good faith without a made - up so that the speaker can make the right roadmap," he concluded.
