Mangupura, October 9, 2025 — I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport – Bali has expressed its full support for the implementation of the All Indonesia system, an integrated digital service innovation initiated by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia aimed at improving the quality of entry screening services for passengers arriving in the country. As Indonesia’s main gateway for tourism, I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport is committed to providing a more seamless, efficient, and comfortable passenger journey. This commitment is realized through the provision of supporting facilities including computers and printers, barcode scanners, enhanced Wi-Fi connectivity for use during the digital declaration process, as well as public information materials and socialization activities for airport users.

General Manager of PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia, I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport Branch, Ahmad Syaugi Shahab, explained, “The implementation of All Indonesia at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport is the result of cross-agency synergy involving the Immigration Office, Customs, the Quarantine and Health Authority, airlines, and Angkasa Pura Indonesia as the airport operator acting as an enabler in this program. We are fully committed to supporting its smooth execution,” said Syaugi.

According to the official website of the Directorate General of Immigration, the All Indonesia system integrates immigration, customs, health, and quarantine declarations into a single digital platform, available both via web (allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id) and mobile application. Moreover, passengers can complete the required data up to three days before departure (H-3), allowing for a faster, simpler, and more secure arrival process at Indonesian airports. Furthermore, based on data from 2024, the number of international passengers at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport reached 14 million out of a total 23.9 million passengers. Of the 38 million international passenger movements recorded across 37 airports managed by Angkasa Pura Indonesia, 37 percent traveled through I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport, making it the second busiest international gateway after Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, which handled 16.5 million.

“The trend of international passenger growth in 2025 also shows an upward trajectory. From January to September 2025, we recorded 11.5 million international passenger movements, compared to 10.5 million during the same period last year an increase of approximately 9 percent. We believe that the development of the All Indonesia system will effectively address challenges in improving passenger service quality, ensuring a modern, safe, efficient, and passenger-oriented experience,” Syaugi concluded.
